This last trip I missed my connection and then the flight was delayed. I contacted them via what’s app and there was no problem the driver was there when we finally arrived 4 hours late! Will never use anything else to get to and from the airport

  Our driver was supposed to pick up by 6:40 am per their request not ours. We were ready and waiting but didn't get picked up until around 7:45 am.... read more I wasn't really upset because the company sent me a message on the Whatapps letting me know the driver was running behind. Once he arrived he explained he was waiting on some other people he stopped to pick up but they never came out for the ride as this was a shared ride. The driver was very friendly and talked to us the whole ride to the airport and even took a shortcut way to shave off 30 mins of traffic so we wouldn't be late getting checked in. The process of getting checked in at the Paris airport is a long one but we made it on time thanks to our driver. I would use this service again.
