  The driver did not show up for my early flight. I called Paris Black cars and received no apology.Luckily I was able to get an Uber ( in 5 minutes!)

  Driver was friendly, pickup was early, took the shortest route, upon arrival at CDG directed me correctly to customs etc. It appeared a short road journey.

The actual driver couldn't speak English but it was a problem.

On the way to departures again they sent me a WhatsApp and picked us up earlier than intended. The drivers were professional and the cars were clean and nice
