And then 20 minutes before the pickup time, they messaged me to say they couldn't get me a ride.

For a company offering airport transfers, I am shocked at this totally unprofessional, irresponsible, unethical and unreliable behaviour.

  Very often we use the Paris Black Cars, I have had all kind of experiences and the services is average very good.
