  Booking online was easy. The driver was waiting for us with a sign when we came out of baggage claim which was great. He was very pleasant but did not... read more speak any English. You pay for both transfers upfront in Euros which was slightly uncomfortable. Confirming the return transfer was a real problem because no one we reached on the several numbers we called spoke English either. My booking sheet listed one pick up time, we gathered after trying to use iTranslate, that we would be picked up earlier, then en route to the airport we got a message that a driver was at our apartment to pick us up. Apparently two drivers were sent. The company needs to use a translation app, device in the cars or some method to communicate. Even a paper form/receipt could work.

  Stayed in Paris for 3 nights and we booked this airport taxi service through TUI in the UK as part of our holiday package.

The actual driver couldn't speak English but it was a problem.

On the way to departures again they sent me a WhatsApp and picked us up earlier than intended. The drivers were professional and the cars were clean and nice

  This company was so very perfect, there on time , unlike other companies that I have travelled with, wonderful driver and very knowledgeable, will travel with them again

  The driver did not show up for my early flight. I called Paris Black cars and received no apology.Luckily I was able to get an Uber ( in 5 minutes!)
