  Driver showed up 45 minutes late. Kept telling us it would be "ok" & "no problem". He was in no hurry to get to the airport and by the... read more time we finally arrived we had less than an hour to try to get boarding passes, luggage checked in, go through customs and security. It was a mad dash to catch our flight which had already started the boarding process. All of which could have been avoided if the driver had been one time.

  We have been using Paris Black Cars for year! Never had any issues! The Drivers are always super nice and helpful and understanding.
