Used this service a few days ago to get from central Paris to CDG. With two heavy suitcases and two small kids, and... being the one who usually “sweats the details” on our family trips, I figured I’d splurge for a private car rather than use the metro/RER for this. Driver was 5 minutes early. Seemed pretty professional. I noticed he was using Waze to watch out for traffic jams. Got us to the airport on time and in one piece. Great service and professional company. Driver was waiting upon our arrival, even though we arrived late.
He spoke... English and was knowledgeable of his city, pointing out sites and giving brief history along the route to our hotel.
Communication with the office via their WhatsApp number was also very professional and all in English as well.
Definitely recommend them to anyone travelling to Paris.читать далее

I ended up changing my pickup time to 9 am instead of 8 am and called the day before to confirm. Also emailed them and... got a confirmation back. Unfortunately, the driver arrived at 8 am and ended up leaving. I called just after 9, and the driver came back around 0930. I was frustrated as I had a flight to catch, but they were able to accommodate me and even dropped the price a bit for the inconvenience. They keep in touch well through WhatsApp.читать далее

The transfer from CDG to the hotel in Paris was not the problem. On our way back we had a very early flight. After... waiting for 20 minutes in which nobody showed up we called the service number to find out that the driver was still asleep! In total we had to wait for more than 40 minutes.
