We will use them again on our 2020 visits to Paris.

  The driver did not show up for my early flight. I called Paris Black cars and received no apology.Luckily I was able to get an Uber ( in 5 minutes!)

And then 20 minutes before the pickup time, they messaged me to say they couldn't get me a ride.

For a company offering airport transfers, I am shocked at this totally unprofessional, irresponsible, unethical and unreliable behaviour.
