  I booked a ride to Paris CDG 20 hours in advance. I was provided an email confirmation with a price that was fixed at 75 Euros. This was last night.... read more An hour before the pickup time, the company messaged me to say that the price had gone up to 95 Euros. And then 20 minutes before the pickup time, they messaged me to say they couldn't get me a ride.

For a company offering airport transfers, I am shocked at this totally unprofessional, irresponsible, unethical and unreliable behaviour.

  Arranged pickup for our family of 5 was flawless both to and from the airport. Would highly recommend this service.

  This company was so very perfect, there on time , unlike other companies that I have travelled with, wonderful driver and very knowledgeable, will travel with them again

  Excellent...as usual. Driver was right on time, very helpful and friendly. We have used Paris Black cabs 6 times....and all good!
