  Driver was friendly, pickup was early, took the shortest route, upon arrival at CDG directed me correctly to customs etc. It appeared a short road journey.

  Excellent service, in time, ( if not a bit early) courteous, helpful,efficient, friendly. Would certainly use their service

  We have been using Paris Black Cars for year! Never had any issues! The Drivers are always super nice and helpful and understanding.

This was last night.... read more An hour before the pickup time, the company messaged me to say that the price had gone up to 95 Euros. And then 20 minutes before the pickup time, they messaged me to say they couldn't get me a ride.

For a company offering airport transfers, I am shocked at this totally unprofessional, irresponsible, unethical and unreliable behaviour.

  The driver did not show up for my early flight. I called Paris Black cars and received no apology.Luckily I was able to get an Uber ( in 5 minutes!)
