Thats when I alighted at Chatelet Les Hales station as we were very scared to continue the journey. I chanced upon your website on one of the minivan that passed by me.   I booked a ride to Paris CDG 20 hours in advance. I was provided an email confirmation with a price that was fixed at 75 Euros. This was last night.... read more An hour before the pickup time, the company messaged me to say that the price had gone up to 95 Euros. And then 20 minutes before the pickup time, they messaged me to say they couldn't get me a ride.

For a company offering airport transfers, I am shocked at this totally unprofessional, irresponsible, unethical and unreliable behaviour.

  Driver was friendly, pickup was early, took the shortest route, upon arrival at CDG directed me correctly to customs etc. It appeared a short road journey.
