  Our driver was supposed to pick up by 6:40 am per their request not ours. We were ready and waiting but didn't get picked up until around 7:45 am.... read more I wasn't really upset because the company sent me a message on the Whatapps letting me know the driver was running behind. Once he arrived he explained he was waiting on some other people he stopped to pick up but they never came out for the ride as this was a shared ride. The driver was very friendly and talked to us the whole ride to the airport and even took a shortcut way to shave off 30 mins of traffic so we wouldn't be late getting checked in. The process of getting checked in at the Paris airport is a long one but we made it on time thanks to our driver. I would use this service again.

  I booked this service online months ahead of time. When the day came I was really nervous the driver would be late or wouldn't find us or wouldn't show up,... read more but they showed up right on time at the exact time and location I needed and were super friendly. So grateful to have such an easy experience at such an early hour when I was already exhausted and stressed (3:30am for a 6am flight). THANK YOU! I will use them again next time I'm in Paris!

  Fabulous experience that began as soon as we landed. We received a text from our driver saying that he was outside the baggage area waiting for us. A big surprise... read more was a sign with my name on it and that we were in a car and not a huge passenger bus. He helped with our bags, provided bottled water, stopped by an ATM so that we could get Euros, and promptly got us to our hotel. I would definitely call on them again.
